Golden Floof Return Policy

At Golden Floof, every item is made-to-order just for you and inspired by the joy our floofy friends bring into the world. We want you to be wagging-your-tail happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • With a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please respond to the Golden Floof Customer Service follow-up email (customer@trackorder.site)  to request your return, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted

Because Golden Floof uses print-on-demand for order fulfillment, all approved returns will be sent to the return address provided directly by customer service during the return process. They'll share the correct return address once your return request is approved.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving the customer service return address will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions by replying to the Golden Floof Customer Serviuce email from customer@trackorder.site.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a printing or quality issue

We will evaluate the issue and work with Printify to make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Certain personal care products

Exchanges

Because each product is printed on demand, the fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Request a return for your current item (if eligible), and

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you’d like.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll happily replace it at no cost to you once we verify the issue.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please respond to the Golden Floof email from customer@trackorder.site so we can follow up.
